About Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer Johnson joined Wilsons Nitrogen Services as Sales Administrator, where she serves as the primary contact for accounts payable, accounts receivable, scheduling, and customer support. Her days are filled with coordinating deliveries, managing invoicing, assisting customers, and ensuring operations run smoothly while staying ready to help wherever needed.
Jennifer began her career in accounts payable within the lumber industry before joining WestGen, where she expanded her skills and discovered a passion for customer service. The opportunity to join Wilsons allowed her to move beyond behind-the-scenes work and build meaningful relationships with both customers and colleagues.
What Jennifer enjoys most is finding solutions and ensuring every customer’s needs are met efficiently and completely.
Outside of work, Jennifer volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada and enjoys crafts, baking, poetry, wellness activities, and a great cup of coffee. A fun fact: she is an avid sudoku enthusiast and proudly once guessed the exact number of jellybeans in a jar!
